They do. However I agree with Justin. This place is awful. I received an apartment that was disgusting and in terrible condition. I can't wait until my lease is up. They also tow people's cars when they're out of town with zero notification and zero care after the fact. Do not move here. You'll regret it.
I have noticed cars that are not registered parked in my block making it difficult to find a parking space when I arrived from work at night. One time in August, I wanted to drive to Kroger to purchase food at about 8 pm and every single parking space was occupied. I had to walk to Kroger, in the rain and walk back back else I would had returned if I drove and have no place to park. People are parking there that are not on the lease, maybe subleasing their rooms. My opinion each car that is registered should have a decal that way unauthorised cars can easily be towed if the tenant is unable to find a parking space.
They do but I'm sure you could buy a dog house in better condition than these apartments
