The absolute WORST apartment complex I have EVER lived. 1. The community is extremely dirty and filthy. There is literally trash all over the ground. 2. They hard very hard to reach. They never answer the phone and it takes them forever to respond to emails. 3. They are very rude and only go above and beyond for the Hispanic residence. 4. I have been complaining about the laundry area not working properly for well over a year and it still is not fixed. I still have not heard any updates.

DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ARE CHARGING! This place is infested with every kind of bug you can think of ants,roaches,bettles!

SLUMLORDS!!!!! I reported mold 9/21/21 and they refuse to hire a professional to inspect. Instead, their “maintenance” men went in and “cleaned” and painted over this and said it was fit for living. I had been having mold related symptoms from it to the point where my throat felt like it was closing up nightly. My sinuses even began draining blood. I finally got them to agree to let me move out without penalty after 1.5 months of poor communication from the office. Then went to move my bed noticed black spots on my mattress. The maintenance man said “that’s it” as if he’s a mold specialist. The apartment manager said the mold they covered up were “water stains” and that they drained the water from under the tile floor. They said it was coming from next door.in the mean time I was displaced living with family in the projects until I found another place. It’s November 19tj, almost two months later and they still refuse to do the right thing. My bed is younger than my initial lease agreement with them. They’re acting as if I’m just trying to get a new bed. Yet, I’m sleeping on an air mattress… DO NOT NOVE HERE

Ericka was awesome, I had so many hurdles and she went above and beyond to make sure I got in. The communication was excellent via phone and email. Thank you so much Ericka you rock! Since I been here I hate it and can’t wait to move!! The maintenance is horrible took them 3 weeks to put a shower head in my bathroom mind you they never came to check to see if it was an easy fix, like it was! The parking is horrible, for the size of the community there should be assigned parking! Can’t even have visitors!! They shoot every other night around here!! I wouldn’t recommend moving here to nobody I know! Please don’t believe the hype of these other reviews!! LIES!! Only thing I don’t have problems with is bugs.
