I took a pcr appointment, came for a pcr test waited 40 minutes… I was in contact with someone that had covid! I told them I have a baby and need to perform the test urgently , they asked me if I have any symptoms I said no but need to perform the test to make sure I’m negative and my baby don’t get hurt .. and the answer was: you can go to cvs pharmacy and perform the test .. that was so rude! 0 stars

I’m from the NY metro area. Maybe the level of care is substantially better in Massachusetts. The reviews for this place are pretty bad and I had an excellent experience. From the folks at the check in, to the super nice nurse who did vitals and test swabs, to the NP who saw me, all were top notch. I 100% recommend! I hope I don’t have to go back but I’m glad it’s nearby my friends home where we vacation.
