Absolute waste of time DO NOT GO HERE. My mom has swelling in her leg and went in, but they REFUSED TO DO BLOODWORK. The nurse told her she may have a tick borne illness but said there was no point in blood work. Tell me how that makes sense? Then the receptionist was yelling at the person in front of my mom. Absolute joke of an office. If you want your health to be taken seriously do not Go here. You’d be better off going to Tobey and that says a lot since they aren’t great either.

I had to pick a new dr. mine decided to specialize. New dr. not my cup of tea, needed a rx refilled, still waiting, first nurse on vacation, responded to message I was sent 3 times now, nothing. It seems they can't be bothered. The place use to be great, now, not so much.

My Dr Waco let me tell you how great he is. Another Dr didn't want to do my surgery and he did it.he came to see me twice a day the hole time was in hospital not just him the people that work at rose Brook on all three floors are wonderful they go out of their way to help me. I truly can't say enough good things about the Dr's office and the hole building.and none of this would be possible if not for the nurse lori on second floor who got me a dr because I was sick.so thank you for being there for people like me with no idea what to do
