We lived here for 1.5 years. One of the best places I've ever lived. Beth is amazing! She was extremely accommodating. All of our requests were completed within a reasonable timeframe. The location is incredible, too. So close to a bunch of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Yet, when you want some time outside you're not walking along West Broad, unless you want to. It's a nice neighborhood. Pet friendly. Plenty of space in our 2 bedroom unit for myself, my wife, and 2 dogs. I really can't say enough about this place.

My family and I lived at Three Willows for four years and had a wonderful experience during our time there. The apartment complex is conveniently located between downtown RVA and the West End, taking only 10 minutes to reach Short Pump and about 15 minutes to reach the city. The rooms are larger than many area apartments which was a huge selling point for us. The area is very family friendly and we made many new friends while we were there. Maintenance issues were handled quickly and without headache. Great team, great community!

We lived here just a little over a year, and all I can say is we got very lucky! We moved from out of state and didn't even get to see the townhouse in person before we moved (just photos from their website), but could not have been happier this past year living at Three Willows. Photos can only show so much, what they can't show is how family friendly the community is. We have 2 young kids, and we probably went to the park everyday so my daughter could play with other children and regularly took walks in the surrounding quiet neighborhood. I always felt safe and at night it was surprisingly quiet. Many people there have families and are very friendly and courteous to one another. The townhouse was also perfect, as it felt like a home not an apartment. It was VERY spacious and we liked the set up very much. The only reason we moved was because we decided to buy a home. Most importantly, maintenance was very prompt and management were extremely HELPFUL. Beth the property manager, is wonderful! She's so helpful and quick to return any of your needs or concerns. We only gave a 60 day notice, but she was able to find new renters right away and made our move so easy!

We lived here temporarily in between selling a home and purchasing a new one. It has been wonderful. Neighbors were great, property is always clean, closet space saved our life for the 1.5 years living here. The property manager is by far one of the nicest person we've ever met and we will miss her! She helped us in so many ways. Maintenance staff were always so courteous and prompt. No wonder tenants stay so long! Location, price, space, parking, pool, security, etc... great place to live!
