I've been here for 9 months and I hate it here. They have rats terrible here. And they management don't care. I caught 5 mice in my apartment. Don't move here

Now I lived here around 2004 to 2007.... And this place was great rent for a 2 bedroom was $550 I moved three times upstairs and down to take advange of their rent specials. The mgmt team was awesome! But now It looks so different. Like the projects... So sorry to hear these issues... Now that pool has always been a gatherer of disease. It had a permanent ring around it. Not enough chlorine or daily cleaning. They used to other than the pool keep the place clean!! No roaches rat traps by bldgs and trash areas, never saw one dead or alive. Maintenance team was super. The year I moved out is when it got bad a whole new mgmt team came in right after the big fire. Did I mention $550 for a 2 bed including utilities.. So sad this place went down hill. New mgmt will do it. Great friends and memories.

My bathroom sink & my tub keeps getting stopped up. I’ve called already about this issue. & I’ve called multiple times about my toilet. The apartment wasn’t even painted the color I was advertised. The gym & the pool is down. The door for entry into the building is always broke, what’s the point of having a keypad system outside of the building if the door is always broke. Smh this is raising too many red flags for me for the price that I’m paying

I don’t even want to give it one star. My mom been living over there for years. She never been late on her rent not even ones. All she ask is for them to fix her dryer and move to a bottom apartment. The dryer breaks every month and all they do is patch it up. She can’t have company because no one can park in the parking lot without getting towed but they make sure they get their money every month.
