Well let me first say that I am not the person to leave reviews but Miss Jazmine is soooooo nice in the office!! Her voice matches her face. She is very beautiful, personable and she is not there to just collect a coin! She actually CARES about people. This place gets very very busy. I feel so sorry for her because she does all she can but she keeps a positive attitude. I am going to apply to be placed on the two bedroom waitlist. I wish I can move in now!

I always rode pass this area a few times around august but never was able to speak with anyone so I gave up . But I happened to try my hands and oh my god jasmine was so nice and pleasant she was busy that day and still made time for me to see a apartment I’m so happy what I saw but found out I was over qualified I was so upset but thanks jasmine for your professionalism and your amazing energy you rock girl!!!!

I am so happy that this community has new management. The prev girl Ashley lost my application and money order and didn’t even try to accommodate me she left me in the dark and had a nasty attitude This is a nice building and came a long way . The new CM who just started she is amazing! She is super professional! She was extremely helpful and patient , answered all my questions and her personality lights up the room . The office seems like it gets hectic the few times I’ve came there but she does a good job trying to manage everything in a timely manner ❤️

Just Junk

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever entailed. I would highly advise upper management to pay attention to their staff as I cannot imagine this place is 100% occupied due to lack of customer service alone. Fortunately I was not a prospect but had I been I would have never given it a chance to even see the apartments. I would be embarrassed to be a part of this team.
