My boyfriend took off work for a couple hours after making an appointment to see the apartments. Upon his arrival he was told that the apartments cant be viewed because they had no vacant spots. Instead of calling and letting him know before arriving they waited for him to arrive to tell him theres nothing to see and he can be shown everything he has already looked at online. A complete waste of time, completely unprofessional, like literally made my boyfriend waste his money for nothing. Do not bother coming here because clearly the leasing office has no customer service skills.

Not only does the Receptionist refuse to do their job, but they have the audacity to hang up the line before you’ve the opportunity to leave a voicemail. Also, the site & automated phone service is pointless; you can’t “schedule a viewing” (as it claims). We’ve been in a panorama for 2yrs… there’s no excuse to not have accessibility to such requirements. EDIT: After reading the *plethora* of recent reviews on poor communication & scamming ppl for app fees, I will NOT be considering this residency!!! They clearly don’t value our business :)

I applied. Paid my application fee. Was told on the website to contact the leasing office. For two weeks I have called--left several messages. I have sent several emails to know the status. I have not heard from a single person at the leasing office. My application fee was taken out of my account and since then there has been crickets. I am extremely disappointed.

I can agree with the last two reviews I actually had to go to the leasing office because no one would return my calls. the email address that you are providing for Ashley is no longer valid I am literally trying to email her right now for my $100 refund for application fee she said I would get. So I need a valid email address please and thank you!
