The Leasing Staff here are Outstanding!! I came for a tour today with a client and the gentleman in the office, Camron, exceeded expectations. I have not seen this level of professionalism and kindness in a while! As a caseworker in the field of homelessness, i am very pleased to know that families in this complex are receiving such respect and patience with their housing. The office is so cute and cozy also!

I lived here from 2017 - 2020 in one of their two bedroom townhomes. The service was always on-time. The office staff were prompt and efficient. The maintenance team were always polite. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star review is because my townhome didn't come with a dishwasher (when I toured the model I was left with the impression that the apartments came with one). Also, my townhome was not cable ready. I will say that the staff did an excellent job transiting owners last year. They kept their tenants up to date with every change. I enjoyed my time living there and I WILL recommend. Let's not forget about the awesome location. Thank you!

The apartment manager is terrible. They dragged out the paperwork process just to turn around and deny you. Even though I make more than enough to afford this apartment and my rental history is great they still denied me. They just want to keep your application fee. And they mail you a check for money used to hold the apartment. I did not mail them a check to hold the apartment. Be careful before you do business with this apartment.

I just want to sing praises to Hanser Hernandez, in particular, for his most-professional, prompt, courteous and efficient service in finding the ideal apartment and location for me - having listened and understood my needs, as well as working me through the application process with expediency! I feel so welcomed and happy in my new home!! The staff in the leasing office, as well as the manager, were obviously a great team who share in the goal of making their new residents feel right at home.
