Called maintenance to fix a few things and a day later they fixed it for us. I never realized how safe it was, some days i leave my keys in car or kids toys outside and its still there. The prices aren't that bad either being that washer and dryer is including!

Jay Albass is phenomenal. Everytime I need something fixed, he is here within hours. He gets the job done fast, I never have to worry about it getting re-serviced. He is super professional. I feel safe around him. He consistently goes the extra-mile with services & never judges how my apartment looks like on the inside.

This complex has its issues-management and office is poorly run BUT one issue they don’t have is Maintenance the maintenance team here is always amazing, quick, kind, and hard working! Shoutout to Clarence for fixing my heat and doing a stellar job. Not only was he a great repair man but he so courteous and easy to talk to! 5 STARS FOR CLARENCE

I've been a resident here for three years now, and from the start, I loved the unique look of the grounds and the apartments. Management is very friendly and maintenance responds quickly. Kristi, the property manager, has become a good friend and makes time for the residents under her care. The grounds are clean and maintained so landscaping is also top-notch. It's a gated community: I feel safe walking around the neighborhood alone, and I see kids playing on the lawns and my neighbors wave hello to me. SJW is close enough to the city but feels like a country community, I love it here.

Did you call maintenance or did you use the web site. I've had it happen before my place but it did not take that long. I think the longest I had to wait was about a week. Just remember, you need to follow up with the maintenance department. You stay on top of it.
It’s not the people in the complex. It’s the people around it. They come into the neighborhood to scoop out cars to steal or apartments to break into.
At this point only 2 problems thin walls neighbors loud ,and side walks always floods when rains,and takes days to dry out
Unfortunately, they don't.
I've been here for nearly a year and my family and I haven't had any problems. There were incidents with breakins into cars but I think that was isolated. There was another incident a couple months ago where shots were fired but that was with someone who didn't live in the area and an undercover officer whom I guess might have been following him from another area. Otherwise this is a relatively peaceful place. I have no worries about my children going outside and playing while I watch them through the window. I think it's more about who you hang out with and get to know. My understanding is that there are a lot of long term residents that love in the area. Hope this helps
