Did you call maintenance or did you use the web site. I've had it happen before my place but it did not take that long. I think the longest I had to wait was about a week. Just remember, you need to follow up with the maintenance department. You stay on top of it.

I put in a maintenance request for my dryer and they were able to replace mine within a couple weeks.
