Avril was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the apartment and paperwork. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best apartment for me. Great customer service Avril. Thank you! P.s. 1. Other lease staff members should learn from Avril how to give good customer service and at least put some smiles on their faces when customers/residents walk in with questions or concerns. P.s.2. Maintenance response is zero so far. I requested a service almost a week ago and no one showed up yet. Need to be addressed by the management or superior authority.

We lived here for 1 year. The hunter ridge community is very good and safe. We moved to another GSC apartment because of personal reason and the property manager helped me a lot. She is very friendly and helpful.

Do not rent here! Worst place in the area look everywhere else around this place! The difference is cunning! They will cheat you in court, out of your contract, and OMG they move kicking people out! The place is old and not upgraded nothing here is attractive !

DO NOT RENT! THIS IS THR HOOD IN THE WEST END I WAS A PART OF THIS COMMUNITY! THEY NEVER FIXED A SIMPLE WORK ORDER LIKE OUR MAIL BOX FOR 3 YEARS I AM A U.S VET THROUGH DEPRESSION. I WORKED FOR GSC. WAS ONE OF THEIR BEST EMPLOYEE I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU ENTERED WORK ORDERS IF THE MONEY IS NOT THERE THEY WILL EVICT YOU AND CHARGE YOU ANYWHERE FROM 15000$ TO 20000$ Very expensive, all carpet, no privacy. Also beware of the people stealling alternators from cars at night!
