2000 West Creek

I have lived here for 8 months and I absolutely love it! It is clean, quiet, and the amenities are excellent. I have lived in other apartments, and this place by far is the best. I also can't say enough about the staff. Nick, Sarah, and Patrick are so kind and always greet me with a smile. They are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend living here at 2000 West Creek!

We just toured the place today and if it unfortunately weren’t out of price range we would be moving in ASAP! It looked and felt like a resort and a luxury apartment for sure. I wish we could move there!! I hope anyone considering this place TAKES A TOUR because you will not regret it! Definitely consider this as a contender, Nick was an amazing tour guide!

I have never rented before but find that 2000 West Creek must be one of the best places in the Richmond, Short Pump Virginia area to rent. The staff here is excellent but in most cases overworked. I would definitely give these apartments a five star rating.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall esthetics of the community. It is beautiful. My husband and I worked with Jill Meade. She was professional, pleasant, patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process very easy. She followed up regularly and promptly replied. I would not hesitate to recommend West Creek to anyone relocating to the Richmond area:))
