This property is so cute. The apartment is cozy and the kitchen is small (not too much to clean) . Private patios ,all our Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Maintenance is always attentive and friendly.Community garden to help with the high grocery bill. The office staff is responsive and helpful that you Bernice!! Can’t wait to see winter wonderland in my new beautiful apartment! Thank you Hilliard!

Had an issue with bed bugs twice, upper management is not taking my concerns seriously as I have young children. I’ve spent money on hotels, self and third party treatment, has offered to show pictures of the actual BUG AND BITES and because I did not produce a live specimen, I am indirectly being called a liar while no action has been taken today I am making a news report on the company. I do not play around with my nor my children’s health!

I have been living here for three years now love the price for the location. Karen is professional and respectful to my needs. Karen also is professional and respectful when it comes to the rules and regulations of the apartment. I have also had a awesome experience with the maintenance crew.The maintenance crew were also professional and respectful of my needs considering that I worked third shift and trying to be quiet and not wake me up when they came in. Hillard Rd Apartments is an awesome location and great for families. Would highly recommend.
