Have lived here for a year so far and have decided to renew, not because of anything special but only no where cheaper had availability. Our rent went up about $300-400$ if you include all the fees they include on top of your month payment. I understand this inflation but Larger, more updated apartments in the area are going for less with even utilities included. I will say the maintenance is quick to arrive during working hours and get the problem done quick! The people in the office are also very helpful. That is the main reason I gave 3 stars.

I have lived on property for a year now and like my experience the maintenance team is handles work orders fast and is polite. Allyson Watson in the office also helped me to get my apartment she is nice and understanding

Unique was a pleasure to work with! She did a superb job keeping in constant communication with me and my family, during the application process. Her response time was impeccable. Additionally, she was very kind and always willing to answer any and all questions that we had.

Been her since Nov 2020. Love the apartment. The staff is great and efficient. All maintenance calls have been handled immediately. I love the gym and the pool as well. My dog loves the dog park. Only complaint is inconsiderate people that do not clean after their dogs. Otherwise 5 stars for me..
