I've lived here since August of 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment complex! The leasing process was straightforward and easy, and Sophie the leasing manager made the whole process even more pleasant with her welcoming and warm demeanor. The fitness center and outdoor amenities are well maintained and add to the enjoyment of living in this unique community. Office staff have responded immediately to requests and make themselves available to assist and answer any questions I have. Foster, the community manager, Gabby, the assistant manager, Sophie, the leasing manager, and Josh, leasing consultant make a great team and should be applauded for all their efforts. Additionally, the maintenance staff are excellent and go out of their way to make sure any problems are solved. I am glad I chose The Canopy at Ginter Park as my home.

We have lived at Canopy at Ginter Park almost 2 years. We looked all over, after selling our home in Goochland for a new home. Since I was a real Estate Agent I thought that would be easy. My home sold in one day with a 2 week closing. I quickly looked for an apartment to make a move. I was so disappointed at what I found until I came across The Canopy at Ginter Park. I could not believe what I saw. I found a Carriage Apartment that was so amazing. We moved in and are not moving out any time soon. Maybe never. The staff: Foster, Sophie, Gabby and Josh are amazing. They are so helpful and. are very professional. No matter what I ask them they quickly find me an answer. If you are looking for a First Class To Live, Check out the Canopy . You will not be dissatisfied.

My wife and I have lived here since April 2020 and love it! Our carriage apartment is spacious and full of light. We call it our "tree house" which just happens to have a garage as the first floor. We moved here after selling our large home in Ginter Park and thought we would only be here a year or two, but now we don't want to leave. The management team lead by Foster Xiradis is one of the most attentive, kind and responsive staffs we have ever encountered. We recommend Canopy to everyone!
