I made this reservation through Priceline. The Days Inn in Sherman Tx is not fit for anyone to stay there.The website does not reflect the actual hotel. The god awful smell in the hallway made me SICK to my stomach. The hallway floor and walls was so stain with god only knows. The wallpaper was peeling off in sections. The room smelt like someone had used it for their own personal bathroom. You could hear water dripping some where in the bathroom. The ceiling was crack and it looked like someone fell through.

Positive: Not a thing. It was awful! Negative: smelled like crap. room key did not work. strange people hanging outside and around the people all day and night. only one person on staff to handle issues! tv took forever to work! not at all as posted online!

The place was nasty, took 35 minutes just to check in after reservation. The WiFi doesn’t work at all. They tell you everything is closed because of COVID, but the sign on the wall clearly says that the pool permit is out and not renewed. Also there is no breakfast either, but from other reviews probably because of the quality. Also we were awoken at 2 and 3 am by some drunk lady. Over all I have had better stays in fort smith while in active addiction. I thought those places were shady lol this place won for the most shady and uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. The only thing decent about this location is Chris at the desk. He was working this morning and helped us get checked out.

The vending machines have no chips. Very inconvinient for PARENTS. You'd have to go to the nearest gas station just to buy a quick snack for your child or children. Which is NOT GOOD since GAS stations OVERPRICE their snacks like chips & drinks. The rooms weren't that clean as well as the blankets & towels. Everything was dirty & not that clean. There was period blood or just blood stains all over OUR ROOM we stayed in. My toddler daughter was running all over the room & carpet barefoot & once I got her in the shower the stains from her feet from where she was barefoot in the room came off with the shower water turning red which is how I know it was either period blood or BLOOD stains. Because they were big stains all over the carpet & the stains smelled like blood.
