The air went out in the room on the first floor. They moved them to the second floor, which would have been fine except the elevator was out. The stairwell had been used as a smoking room for someone smoking Swisher Sweets cigars! The whole place had a strong smell like strong cat urine. My friends were staying there, but I will not be staying there...

Very disappointed in this Hampton. At check in they didn’t have our reservation. The luggage carts both had flat tires. Our room was nice, but the bed is too high to climb onto. There was only one towel and wash cloth and no face towels. The desk clerk had to get them from the dryer for us. The bathroom counter was unusually high, making it difficult to wash or brush teeth. Our in-room coffee maker didn’t work. At breakfast there was no decaf, no juice, and no microwave to warm the lousy boxed breakfast. When we asked about juice we were advised to go to a gas station to purchase it! At checkout, other guests were arguing with the clerk because they weren’t getting the rate quoted at check-in. My advice... Go elsewhere!

Hotel was not cleaned. We can see dust everywhere. Sheets and Covers were not cleaned from last time people used. Bottle lids, hairs, etc., trash were everywhere. We complained to the front office and the gentleman at the office mentioned me that manager would call me but never called me back. We got hotel little late and were tired so we did not see much the condition overnight. In the morning my kids were itching everywhere and I was terrible feeling that we paid $100 for the night and it was terrible feeling. We would have stayed second night but we changed hotel the next day and felt better. I have attached some pictures from the room. Please don't go this place.

We booked a meeting room for a special event several months ago, and verified the room and event time a few days before. Somehow between our verification and the evening of the event, they lost our reservation. The room was not ready for us and we had to clean and vacuum the space ourselves. They also were unable to provide water which was agreed upon when we reserved the room. I'm giving 3 stars because their new hotel manager called me and we were still able to use the room for our event, but they very much need to get a handle on their event space. Our last event here under previous management went much smoother.

There is a meet room called the Texoma Room although I believe the hotel is under construction at this time. You should call them to confirm any information you may need. I am no longer with the company. Good luck and Mark Gammill is the GM on property.
