I ordered the 3pc combo meal supposed to come with a leg thigh and wing. My meal ready they throw it on the counter and said here you go and the box in open up and I had 2 bantam legs and 1 bantam wing so I ask the worker where my thigh was and she said we didn't have anymore thigh so she figured I wanted another leg. Only thing that was good was the Red beans and rice and I want be going back to there establishment.

This location is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I had graduated from college on a Friday night and decided to stop by the Sherman Popeyes location since the website said they close at 11. I pulled up around 10:30 -drive thru lights on but no employees in sight! I don’t know if they changed their hours on Friday nights but what a disappointment. A week later I decided to go back again but at 6pm this time to order a bucket of mainly dark meat chicken. They said I would have to wait 20 minutes and do I still want to order-I said I would wait. Pulled up and paid nearly $40 for the chicken bucket/meal and was pleasantly surprised when my dinner came out in 10 minutes instead of 20. When I got up the chicken bucket was mostly chicken wings that hardly had meat on it. And the taste was average. I will not be going back. Popeyes could take a lesson on How Chick Fil A runs their business.

This locations is so terrible! They open up @ 10:30 we got in the drive Thur at 10:30 , set at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order drove to the window and a girl was just standing at the window on her phone with her airpod in , we asked if they were open and she said no not exactly we are waiting for the food to cook…. Makes no since at all if you say you open at 10:30 you should be open at 10:30. Popeyes the company is so good but I wish we had a better restaurant is the Texoma location… If anyone wants good chicken with better customer service go to just about anywhere then this place. This Popeyes really needs to be shut down.
