We had confirmed reservations for 3 nights for a handicap accessible room that we made nearly 2 weeks before our trip only to find out when we reached our destination after traveling 700 miles (for a funeral) that not only was the room not available but no handicap rooms were available at all. At the hotel they only had us booked for a standard room and didn’t care that I could show the online confirmation for handicap accessibility. All I got was “Oops, we’re sorry, let us refund your points and throw a few more points at you so you’ll go away.” And this was after using their own system and representative to book the stay!

Came here for the Passover feast and it didn't disappoint. Loved the bed, and slept like a baby. We enjoyed the breakfast choices. We're not fans of pork and they offered breakfast turkey sausages. Used the refrigerator and microwave. It was home away from home.

Rebel Soul

Great location especially when the construction on the roads are done. Staff were great, very friendly and inviting. I meant to mention names but am horrible at remembering, but every employee I encountered was sweet. I will stay again. Thank you for making my stay awesome.

Young lady working the desk is amazing. Very friendly, very efficient. Hotel has enforced quiet time, which makes it so nice when trying to sleep. Beds have plenty of great pillows, mattress is very comfy. They have shampoo and body wash dispensers mounted to the wall in the shower and the hotel has great hot water. Water pressure was decent. Breakfast was great--pancakes, omelets (cheese or veggie), and biscuits and gravy. Easy in and out parking. No complaints--we'll stay here again. FYI; construction has the driveway messed up--GPS kept trying to get us to pull into a wall instead of where the driveway is.
