The cost of living is very affordable and the area isn’t too bad, if you stay to yourself but the rental office sucks! Nobody is ever there. You call- no answer, you drive/walk to the rental office and nobody is there. They don’t seem to be very caring when it comes to maintenance, so you have take matters in your own hands.They don’t even let you know that they’ve left or when they’re coming back. And this is AFTER a new company took over smh. They were better off with the women that were there before, at least they were helpful and IN THE OFFICE when tenants needing them!
