There always accepting applications try calling after 11:00a.m. the rent office has a sign saying they open at 10:00 but nobody's usually there until after 11....although when it's around the 1st of the month and their collecting rent they most likely will be open on time or before time....these apts are reasonable and fairly easy to get into.
