Oh how I wish I didn't have to write this review. I don't usually ever take the time to review a company but this one really, truly, has all of the audacity. This company seems so lovely on the surface. They are prompt towards prospective clients and are very flexible. Their staged apartments are pretty nice. Sure, some of the units showed a bit of age/wear and tear but that didn't bother me so much. What did bother me is that the application was filled out and after waiting for a week, it was denied for a reason that had no structural integrity. What I'm trying to say is that these people will charge you $150 to fill out an application and then take your money and run! Don't even bother trying to talk to the property manager because the will refuse to talk to you so that you can clear their misunderstanding (not a misunderstanding, they knew full well that they were screwing around). It's a scam and I implore everyone who thinks that this may be a good place for them to run far far away.

i am a current resident and the secretary is not the kindest person to deal with, lacks understanding. i would like to get in contact with one of the head managers about her, since currently there is no manager. i’ve experienced some racism to the hispanics and she called fire trucks because we are no longer aloud have a cookout😐. we were is very good distance from the apartments and a lot of people are getting kicked out of the apartments.

This apartment complex has the best staff when it comes to getting things done and customer service was treated with respect and felt like a person. Apartment complex has been really turned around in the last year. And I can say that I would not be any other place. Thank you so much staff

I have been living here for 3 months now and I have enjoyed this place thus far. No complaints. My apartment was newly renovated, new appliances, the works. The neighborhood and surrounding area is nice. I would recommend this place. A quiet gem right off Broad Street.
