Do not live here! Most the people that live here have dogs that bark constantly, loud music or cars at night, most people with pets don't pay the pet deposit, there is always trash in the "back yard" areas, they have both a bed bug and roach infestation problem that they can't get under control and they will accuse you of the infestation and try to charge you a ridiculous cost to attempt to spray for the bugs (but spraying honestly will not kill and entire complex full of bugs). They are aware of the infestation as they will regularly change the filter for your AC unit without telling you why...it is because they are monitoring the spread of the bed bugs. The manager/landlord will lose your payments, if you do not physically hand her your money order and get a receipt and (for God's sake save your receipts!), she will try to sue you and claim you didn't pay. We had to multiple times show proof of receipt that we paid and she played stupid like 'oh I must have misplaced it'.
