The water and sewer chargers are ridiculous on top of that..now the water takes forever to get hot so your wasting more water. It takes them forever to fix things that are broken, or they put a bandaid on it so it's not fixed properly. They do not value their residents, it's not maintenance it's management needs to do alot better.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. My husband and I never leave reviews, but I feel it is only fair to warn potential renters to stay far far away from this miserable complex. My husband and I moved in 1 month ago. Since then our AC unit has been broken for 2 weeks. It has been nearly 100 degrees outside and our inside thermostat is consistently measuring a temperature of 80-81 degrees. We have called maintenance and the front desk just about every day requesting to speak to a maintenance supervisor or a higher up property manager. Every day, I am told by the person answering the phone that I "should get a call back". I have received not one phone call. I call day after day to escalate this concern and to try to expedite this replacement. This is absurd, and not only a violation of the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, but outright negligent on their part. Don't worry, they assured us that 23 other units are also having the same issue. We are on day 15 of no AC and still waiting. They did offer a window unit, but since living here we have received several notices about rowdy noise in common areas late at night, guns being fired during the day, and break-ins/theft. Being on the ground floor, we have obviously decided that our lives and safety are more important than a window AC unit. We have been offered no support from any higher level management, no rent reduction (mind you, we are paying an increased rental rate due to a short term lease), no alternative living arrangements, etc. I'd settle for a rent reduction appropriate for the time we have not been living in a properly habitable environment, but I have had absolutely nothing of the sort. We are currently working with a legal team to correct these issues against this rental company. Stay away at all costs. I am counting down the days until our lease is over.

Great experience with Ann. We did a tour of the apartment that I was interested in. The knowledge and experience of Ann was definitely well note. All my questions and concerns were answered, almost like she could read my mind. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking to relocate, for a more peaceful, quiet, well maintained and affordable residence.

Staff is knowledgeable, apartments are spacious and renovated. Pricing is decent for what you get. The only downside is that there is both a processing fee and amenity fee. Out of the 7 places I toured today, this is the only place that had an amenity fee ($150) and only 4 of 7 had a processing fee.
