It’s not the people in the complex. It’s the people around it. They come into the neighborhood to scoop out cars to steal or apartments to break into.
I have lived here for a year & have had no issues with break ins or any crime on our block. All of the neighbors are very friendly & helpful. And as far as the maintenance crew, I have had no issues with the crew. They are all very nice, helpful & have fixed anything I have called them about. The only issue we have had is that when we call the office to put a maintenance order in, it takes a few days to maybe a week for them to come. But that is just for normal maintenance issues. Our heat went out & maintenance was at my apartment an hour later fixing it so in emergency situations, they are great. We have renewed our lease twice. It's not a bad place at all.
I live here a short time about 6 months, the section I live in is nice,until its rains sidewalk under water every time it rain or snow, it takes days for it to dry up,so have water proof shoes
