I’ve had trouble with my AC since April, it is now July. The inside temperature won’t go below 73 during the day. I’ve had maintenance tell me I can’t expect it to be “but so cool” inside my home because of how hot it is outside. They will provide temporary solutions for the leaking but it picks back up days later. For the past few months it’s been leaking through my vents atleast twice a week. It’s to the point the water damage is spreading through my walls and ceiling when it was originally only leaking through the vent. I wake up to my floor and furniture soaking wet. I ignored the poor uneven paint that’s chipping everywhere, the bugs/pest(they’ll come and spray so you’ll just have dead bugs everywhere), the windows that don’t close/latch fully(window sills fill with water when it rains, cold air won’t stay in, and bugs enter this way), the front door that’s not sealed properly at the bottom(every time it rains my floor by the front door soaking wet and when they cut grass there’s dirt and dust flying into my home), and so on. If you do sign a lease PLEASE be sure to do your walk through list, keep a copy, and take pictures(the only peace of mind I have while waiting my lease out . Rent is 1,100 for a 2bed 1.5 bath and I swear they better not increase it because they do exterior cosmetic changes(new signs, front door trash service, white fences, flowers, and cutting trees) I work hard for my money and I pay on-time every month. The only good thing I can say is the staff is polite. Maintenance has always been respectful and understanding. The office staff as well. But nothing ever gets done.

don't move here!! parking is terrible we live in a three bedroom apartment and they only gave us 2 stickers for parking.. our car got towed 5 times already .. for no reason can you imagine that?? with this world already getting expensive we have been living and supporting crystal lakes for a minute now but this is just sad if you guys are going to that THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE GUEST PARKING

The apartments are orrible and they are not comfortable. I'm from Georgia. And I came to visit my family and it doesn't have visitor parking and the next day I was there. I couldn't find my car anymore. They took it. I had to go for it. And pay $500. Nothing else is good to take out money but not to put visitor parking. Terrible services and ugly apartments. I don't recommend them

Parking is ridiculous here. Only 2 parking stickers for a 3 bedroom apartment??! My car was towed and I missed work and had to PAY 180 TO GET IT BACK. I ask for the manager and the manager is never there… do better especially when we supposedly got “new maintenance.
