One of the best maintenance team, very friendly and very quick. On top of that a superb Property Management team. A very nice and quite neighborhood force me to re-new my lease. I have only one suggestion :) our fitness center need some new machines if possible.

The staff here (everyone of them) are really good people. The property is kept clean, well maintained and looking great all year long. The staff is quick to respond to any concern of which we've only had one, an electrical outlet. Dave fixed that in literally 15 minutes. They really are great people. PRO'S The place is kept up updated beyond reproach The amenities are great The scenery is very relaxing Diverse community Most folks are friendly CON's Some fly through the neighborhood. Some people just don't know how to treat our wildlife humanely. The staff does what they can about those two issues. Every community can have issues but if you don't mind a nice place to live with great amenities, taken care of by people that give a ____, Then you've come to the right place.

We have been living here for 9 years! We may have ups and downs with our neighbors but harbor village team led by Sarah never lets us down. We love amazing and sincere Jane who always listens with patience and you feel that she truly cares and wants to help! Maintanance team is always on top of everything around the clock and special thanks to David who takes care of our apartment a lot and always have a solution no matter what the problem is. I lived at Harbor Village for 2.5 years. I moved in with a roommate that had already been living there over 2 years. Even when I signed my lease to renew and my old roommate moved out, there was no incentive to renew which was disappointing. The prices did only go up a little bit, but I would have loved like a free carpet cleaning or maybe an Amazon gift card to say "Thank you for renewing." I lived in a very outdated apartment as well so things were not as up to par as the newer places. The trash was always an issue and I really got annoyed when it would overfill as much as it did. I absolutely adored the maintenance and office staff. Anytime I had an issue, whether it was SOS or not, it was done withing 24 hrs. For the quality and price the place is great. If you're looking for high end West End living, maybe keep looking.

The one in google maps is correct number.. When they go out to show the model house, sometimes no one will pickup the phone..
