I lived at Colonial Apartments three years ago, and it was the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. For starters, it was really rundown and poorly maintained. When I moved into my place, there was a shed out back that was disgustingly dirty. It was never cleaned no matter how many times I asked. I moved back home when COVID hit, so I didn't live there for a couple of months, but when I came back to move my things out, there were two dead birds in my apartment. How they got in there I will never know. The door was locked and the windows were closed. The area in general was very sketchy and I constantly felt like something bad was going to happen. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Toooooooooooo Bad I would not advise anyone to rent in this place!! Professional scammers, my car was towed three times because I did not make a circle in the visitor card

i don’t really Recommend it beside the high rent and really trouble customer service so i’ve been calling over and over for Pruning bushes in front of the apartment been two month ago and nothing until now and when they trimmed the bushes the sidewalk without doing what i asked for they lift my front house dirty as the pic showing and they also give us a piece of paper for guest car and it’s allowed five days for each piece of paper and my friend car barked only for tow days and they towed it when i went to office to complaining about it and see wahy no body would help 👎🏼

So I really don’t know where to start but first I will like to say the ladies in the leasing office are awesome. I walked into a last minute situation and they were on it. Very hands on i must say. Secondly the new renovations in the units are nice and clean. I’m pretty sure you couldn’t find a floor plan like this for the price that they’re asking no where near. In all be all my nephew and I are excited with our new home and couldn’t thank the ladies enough for making this happen! Thank you guys so much!
