This is a well kept place to stay. Knowing the owners helps a lot with prices. Beautiful beach access and amenities such as a lazy river, pool, hot tub, and gym. Definitely a go to place for North Myrtle!

Really nice condo good location the beach is great..Condo has towles enough for one person per person in the group, unless you want to wash towels everyday bring extra. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Park on the upper levels of the parking deck i know the 2 parking spaces are for owners but not sure for visitors
Correct but I was talking to one of the men that are working on the building the supervisor they're hoping to have the completion done by the fall of this year but when I visited my condo they had the hot tub available and the lazy river available

Condo world sent me a personal email. They said that everything is up and running the only issue is that may be getting into the area you may have to take different route. But as they stated they said by October 1st everything should be fine as we arrive there as well that day Small world lol

I have seen large SUV's (Nissan Armada for example) parked in the garage. Fairly certain that an (unoccupied) luggage rack on the SUV would be fine. I have seen other SUV's in the garage, and I am confident there wouldn't be a problem.

We stayed there for a week; there is a lifeguard tower right in front of the buildings so definitely not allowed while the lifeguard is on duty, since lines can get in the way of a rescue. You probably need a fishing license if it is.

Yes, there is a pub next door and it has really good food and drinks. You can dine outside right next to the beach.
They only provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom in unit 1112 & you will have to provide/ buy more when needed!

No you cannot security walks around all night also this is a family environment so I would not recommend it
Each unit is individually owned. We stayed in one that the owner rented out themselves and did allow pets.
Check the time noted on your rental papers, usually 3PM. Have a good vacation.
