We love King's Pointe! We've lived here since 2019 and it's great. Conveniently located, quiet, and NO BUGS! We have a beautiful view of the lake (though that comes with sun in the morning). The office staff is always so friendly and knows and remembers us even though we've only ever actually had to go see them a very few times. maintenance is fast and friendly. The grounds are well taken care of. Wonderful place!

We have tried for weeks now to get someone to come look at the leakage problem we have had for months, it started in the laundry room and now it’s spread into the kitchen and the bugs are AWFUL I’m assuming because of it. Not to mention all of the black mold that seems to keep me and my TWO YEAR OLD son sick, I’m also over 9 months pregnant and hate to even bring a baby into this place because I feel it’s not a good environment overall. (health wise) It seems to just be getting worse and worse and now the black mold is literally coming through the paint on the walls and I have tried to get rid of the roaches so many times now that I just gave up and wash everything that me and my family eat off of now. The air has also been out for weeks now and granted they did give us one window unit, but it only helps to an extent and dries out the air so much. It is really just going downhill and it wasn’t bad at all whenever we first moved in over a year ago now.

I was set to move into Kings Cross in March of 2022. Once I arrived, there were MAJOR issues to the apartment. It wasn't properly cleaned, everything was majorly outdated as well as not presented as shown. Your office management returned my cashiers check for rent and security deposit. They stated verbally and via email by ARLENE that my application fee would be either debited back or returned via check in the mail in 4-6 weeks. It is now JULY 1st. I have called the office MANY times, I have correspondence with Arlene many times as well. No one has returned my calls and now no one is responding to my emails. I have started leaving reviews and will continue until my money as promised is returned. This is BY FAR the worse apartment complex I've ever dealt with. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been living here for 3 years and they treat guests and visitors better than actual tenants. Told me to park in a visitor spot instead of fixing the problem and assigning parking. Tried to file a formal complaint (after being told I could) then was told there was no system in place to do so. Maintenance is kind but sometimes slow to respond to emergencies, they work quickly when they do start though- only reason I'm giving the one star. But yes, management is incompetent and its ridiculous. Only come here if you have to
