I have lived in Legacy for almost 2 year and I gotta say that it was an amazing✨ place to live in all aspects. It was an quiet and fascinating place to live with family. I never really encountered any problems during my stay 💫.I really would love to appreciate the office staffs responsibility and efficient service. Their maintenance teams always works without any delay ⏳. The amenities in surroundings really promotes physically and metal well-being of an tenant. I really recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a nice place to live 👍.

This place is a mess don't waste your time or money they have roaches I never had to deal with this, the dogs pop all over the place. My apartment is feeling apart and I just been here a week wish I could leave.

This is the BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX in Fayetteville. If I didn't have to move, I would still be there. In the future I'd I move back, this will be the first place I check. And would probably not move back until they had availability.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE, TERRIBLE STAFF EVER. WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT RECOMMEND! MELLISSA IS JUST AS BAD AS THE REST REST OF THE STAFF.
