So I’ll start with this, the office staff is GREAT. Especially Paris. She’s my go to for anything. The other is Abbey who is always available when Paris is not. I forget the others name but she works in the back and answers all financial questions promptly. The exterior of the community is beautiful however, I’d like to see the staff or whoever owns the community to put more effort into the interior. The maintenance ‘new’ maintenance crew has been fantastic. Granted their are times I must repeatedly ask for maintenance on certain things but they’re human and they’re busy so I understand. I am renewing my lease not necessarily because my apartment is great, but because the staff is working towards greatness and that’s all I can ask for at the end of the day. Hear more discrepancies, if it’s in your power fix them, and all will be well. And that’s what the staff at the Junction at Ramsey and Carver does. So Paris, now that I have written this review, expect many maintenance requests in your near future. Starting tomorrow. Seriously though, this community is quiet! After a long day of work, what more could you ask for? And they passed out ice cream today! To my door!

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
No grills are permitted within the community however we do offer designated grilling areas for your convenience and enjoyment!
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
If you love our apartments and your friend wants to move to The Junction, please let our office know! However, we do not have a resident referral program.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. For any number of pets there is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet, and an additional $250 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed HERE.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
