The location to the beach was on point. Although, the condo was absolutely disgusting. When we got into our room. We found blood stains on two of the bed sheets and blankets, crumbs in the silverware drawer and in the bedrooms, caked on food on the counters and livingroom floor. The master bedroom bath-tub smelled like a dog had bathed in there, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the cabnits. When I was asked how the stay was so far. I sent photos of our findings and was told management would be in contact. No one contacted us, no one offered to put us in a clean room. instead I had to spend hours cleaning!!!!!!! I will never recommend this condo to anyone!

Went AirBNB with a three bedroom condo in this facility. The condo was great. The pool could use some work. What I liked most about this small place compared to the larger ones is that upon exiting the elevator to the room, the room was right there. No walking down the hallway, taking a right walking down another long hallway, take a left, then take a right etc.

Staid in unit 806 waterpointe 2 was a nice building and we loved the pools but our unit stayed wet from lack of exhaust all the ac vents dripped water really bad there was mold on the ceiling in the living room and all the bets were extremely uncomfortable they felt like box springs instead of mattress. 100 % recommend the building 10000% do not recommend unit 806!
