Older building but being kept in good shape and updated. Second year visiting and love how close everything is and not a far walk to abiding which is great for my disabled parents and my broken ankle! Parking is across the street but really it’s not any further off a walk than other complexes.

I loved my 2 week stay here at Waterpointe 1. This was one of the better condos I have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and I have stayed in several over the years mainly because of the upkeep and atmosphere. You can tell the HOA and residents take very good care of the place. I talked to a few of them and they were very friendly and welcoming. All the residents seem like one big happy family! I also appreciated that it was very quiet and not rowdy at night as about half the places I have stayed usually have some loud guests. The common areas are very clean and looks like they have been recently updated. There is an indoor pool and hot tub we enjoyed and just the right temperature. There is also an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. I enjoyed the 2 walkways to the beach that were both equipped with places to wash off the sand on your way back to beach. My spouse and I are wanting to buy a vacation condo soon and have been looking around and would defnitely consider this place.
