They were the only place around that did not open their pool and they do not disclose this. You find out once you have arrived and paid for your room and refuse any communication. The rooms are outdated. You have to take the trash out two blocks down and a block back. I would not recommend this to anyone.

You can rent from the city of NMB. Just catch them in the morning when they are setting up umbrellas.
Not that I am aware of. Also, I hope you don't plan on swimming in a pool. They have one but they decided not to open it. They are the only place around that refused to open their pool. They did not disclose this. They are very outdated. You have to carry your trash two blocks down and a block back.
Only unit owners are allowed to have pets
They are updating them all to have a K cup but all have at least a drip
