Too many rules ..be sure you know them all or you will get a call. Different rules for the owners no gulf carts permitted but the owners could. Security guard standing at pool watching non stop. Had to call housekeeping big brown stain on mattress pad. Location was good. View was great

We stayed here with friends. The place was clean and always had someone cleaning the lobby and a security guard at the front gate and out back. Great beach area and convenient to the small down town.

Sometimes its the rental company you go through. Elliot rentals always take longer to get in it seems
Golf carts are owner only.
All units hot water supply are from the individual units hot water heater. Hot water supply is not a common line that would affect other units.

To include those items would be a choice of the owner of the condo you rented. They are not part of the facility but instead provided at a cost by the city. Depending on month of stay, I dont beileve you were overcharged.
I believe in the 90's...it's a super nice place! Oceanfront. The proximity to Main Street makes it a prime location. Short walk to shops, eateries, bars, things for the kids. Perfect!
