Nice place, pool is cold. Really not enjoyable for those staying here. Most people sit on the edge

Outdated furniture, had to play find and seek to locate remotes (6 of them) for all of the tv’s, TVs speakers blown out so the sounds were muffled, cracked tiles, stains on everything, beds broken, dishwasher & appliances were janky, WiFi was meh the entire time, doorknob practically fallen off at FRONT door, wd40 needs to be applied to everything because the appliance doors and every door to the condo creaked extremely loud (enough to wake sleeping children), the pool is shaded at all times behind the building so even in 90 degree weather it was freezing, oh and the elevator (1 of the 2) shook and halted so bad I thought we were going to fall 4 stories..also almost snatched my sons fingers off because the sensors aren’t working..on the lighter side.. it accommodated the amount of room we needed, I really liked 2 full size refrigerators in the room, the rate wasn’t bad for 5 nights, you get a great view of the ocean even being a street back, parking was decent, it’s a very short and easy walk to the beach, lots of ceiling fans through out, plenty of bathrooms, the washing machine is huge (the dryer was…ok..), the pool and jacuzzi were very well maintained, staff around the property seemed friendly, the owner of our particular condo was quick to have maintenance come out to fix a few issues, and we had a good laugh about some of the “inconveniences”. The biggest reason I am giving this 2 stars is the elevator and the electronics/appliances..things that could be easily repaired and turn this place around. All in all not terrible but not so great.

I don't think so. At least not on 2nd floor
I would check with your booking agency. There aren’t any spill overs that I know about.
We were there for the month of March. Our unit had an iron & Board.
The units are rentable themselves but there are several hotels close by.
