Great selection of frames here and super convenient to have the eye dr right next door. I ordered 2 frames for my new prescription and never could get comfortable with one of them. I came back and had no problem exchanging them for a pair that worked better for me. Over the few times I was there to order glasses and pick them up this summer, I had friendly and helpful interactions with a few different workers as well as the manager.

I got a new contacts prescription from this location about 6 months ago and each interaction I’ve had with the staff has been pretty bad. They’ve been rude and very unhelpful and they’ve made a mistake each time I’ve ordered another box of contacts. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I’m not one to complain, but at some point a business can’t be this bad so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Will not be returning—Initially, I came in and informed them of my insurance package, and handed them my prescription. They insisted my insurance did not cover what I stated. They downgraded my frames, and charged me $70 over my initial co-pay of $10. I called my insurance to learn I was actually correct about my plan—the employees just hadn’t bothered to look into it. Visionworks fixed the charges & glasses, but when I went to pick my frames up the woman was short with me about the mishap, and neglected to bother giving me a case, or a wipe with my frames. When I asked for a case, she grabbed the closest one to her (an off brand version) without a rag, and sent me on my way. The next day, a man who fixed the wrong case swap averted any form of customer service, and merely handed me the correct case. No greeting, no apology, no “have a good day”. For $450 frames, I suppose I expected more. Worst first glasses experience.

The old lady that works in there has bad service mind. She didn't treat the customers with respect and that created the uncomfortable feeling to shop there. I don’t think I will shop there anymore.

They have an independent doctor next door to them that will do the exam. Then once you get the script go next door and get your glasses or contacts.
Is going to be hard but they're going to make the best to help you.
Does Visionworks take medicaid
I just got glasses there and the service is great, btw. Good folks. How long? It depends on the treatments you opt for on the lenses. However, glass with a single treatment (e.g., transition OR antiglare) should be readily available (an hour? Couple of hours?). If you want both, it will take a few days, maybe as long as a week as the glasses are prepared in a clean room. I'm not an expert per se, but I was there last week so I thought I'd share what i learned.
It took 5 days to get mine
I know they have extra large and lots of colors
