Showroom is open by appointment only, to limit the number of people inside the building at once. Masks must be properly worn at all times by staff and visitors to the store. In the field, service techs are required to wear masks at all time during in-home service calls. Service appointment requests must be accompanied by a completed informational standard COVID pre-screening questionnaire.

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we do not complete service in that manner. You may, however, contact our service department at 910-392-6305, ext. 2, and we can set up a service call for after our backlog of new start-ups is complete, or we can give you a referral to a couple of other local service companies who may have more immediate availability.

Typically we are open 9-5, Monday-Friday...however, as a design showroom - we will take appointments for visits outside those hours when possible.
