Love this place so much! The staff are super knowledgeable about piercings and jewelry. We have been to the mall location multiple times with my 15 and 13 yr old with great success and happiness. Today my 8 yr old was old enough to get her first piercing. Micheal at the University Landing location was a great supporter to my girl and did an amazing job marking the perfect spot and piercing. She didn’t shed one tear and was very comfortable! 5 star place 5 star service!

Walk in only im pretty sure I just went Monday and they said they weren't really doing appointments

I don't work there and i only went there for my septum piercing, but that's a pretty basic procedure and they dont use piercing guns, its all the real deal to the best of my knowledge. I wouldnt imagine it being over $30
