Similar to a Workout Anytime as far as price and equipment goes. Which means it's not as expensive as other gyms like Southside, but it's a step above a Planet Fitness. Very roomy and cool amenities provided on site like coffee. Great place to start your fitness journey

The New York Athletic Club located at 180 Central Park South. I believe membership may just be slightly higher.
Yes...there is a lift that will help you in and out of the pool.
Yes, it's open to public. Membership is required. Silver & Fit subsidies are accepted if your medical insurance offers it. Otherwise, the cost can be monthly by EFT, or other arrangement. I'm not sure of membership pricing. I have the S & F, which is $50 a year. They also have punch cards for $20 for 5 visits or classes.
It's best to call your provider. They can quickly tell you if they cover the costs. Plans vary.
