I arrived early for my appointment and they were able to get to me before my scheduled time. My insurance company did not accept my coverage. They took the time to find out why and discovered the company had my birthdate wrong. They provided a contact phone number to correct the situation. I have diabetes retinopathy and have had cataract surgery both eyes. It was a very thorough exam as good as any I received at Duke. Dr. Wenz and staff went above and beyond to make certain I felt valued as a patient! I will definitely recommend and will go back for my annual exam!

Yes and no but if you need glasses today you can get your exam at the Eyecarecenter then go to the Eye Mart for same day service.
I suggest an appointment and eye exam cost depends on whether or not you have insurance. If you have vision insurance, your insurance company should provide you with prices. Call for price information when no insurance is available.
