This gym is awesome. I hired personal trainer Gina. She is very motivating, experienced, knowledgeable. And a very nice person. Explains what area of body each machine/equipment targets. Best experience in a gym I ever had. Losing weight and having fun.

Ladies Choicr has a lot of options in memberships. They have one and two year, with or without pool, and every day and alternate day packages.
Yeah I believe mine was about 20 a month, after paying the startup fee
Schedule can change, but pool is available alday with random classes throughout. I know they have 9am classes and classes end around 12pm with maybe an hour before the next class. They list everything on a a board each week to keep everyone posted.
They have an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and eucalyptus therapy room.
You need to read the contract you signed when you joined the gym.
Normally you join the Ladies Choice Spa. The water aerobics classes yoga Etc a very good the instructors are excellent. Call or stop in they have specials they will explain everything to you
Don't know about the senior thing. I am 63, and considered one. 😀 they do have trainers that work with the disabled
