it’s DOMINO’s people need to chill. You’re not paying for fantastic service or delivery lmao I keep my expectations low, order least amount of toppings, pickup only, TIP- and it always slaps.

I do not agree with ONE Star. This Franchise is a big fat ZERO. Ordered for delivery at 7:52pm. Pizza arrived at 11:00pm cold and soggy. Called restaurant several times and no one answered. There was no way for me to cancel this order, either by telephone or online through the app. I was told by the delivery person they were the only driver working and one guy making the orders- on a Saturday night. I have deleted the app and will not be ordering from this poorly run franchise. Let's get a Little Cesars or Pappa Johns.

I went into Dominos in Newtown Square PA and ordered a large pizza at 8:55 pm last night. I had to be in Springfield PA by 9:30 pm before the store closed. I told the person I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take for the pizza. He stated only 7 minutes once it is in the oven and he had 2 pizzas to put in the oven ahead of mine. He asked for my phone number and put the order into the system. I returned to the restaurant at 9:10 pm and asked if my pizza was ready. He said no. I then asked if my pizza was in the oven, and again he said no and he said he still had to put 1 pizza in the oven ahead of mine. Then the phone rang and he answered the phone and spent 2 minutes taking an order. While on the phone I asked the other 3 employees if there was a manager I could speak with and they told me they were all drivers and the person on the phone was in charge. When he got off the phone, I immediately told him I wanted to cancel my pizza order and to refund my cash. He stated that he told me there were 2 pizzas ahead of mine and I informed him he should have told me it was going to be 30 minutes until he put my pizza in the oven. He then disappeared. When he returned, I asked for my money back. He said if I cancelled my order they would cancel me as a customer and I could never order a pizza from Dominos again. I never experienced such incompetence. Stay away from this unfriendly anti-customer Dominos.

Placed order at 1:17, email confirmation said delivery in 28-38 minutes. According to the tracker, pizza came out of the oven at 1:26 and... sat on the counter somewhere for nearly an hour. Delivery driver picked it up and left the shop at around 2:15. I got it at 2:25. It was cold and missing the garlic dipping cup I had ordered with it. If I wanted re-heated pizza, I could have saved myself $20 and gotten a $6 frozen pizza to make at home. Never ordering Dominos again.
