The chairs were not very comfortable and they made an awful loud squeaky sound when using. The seating was really weird too, it said so many chairs were booked when there was absolutely no one in them forcing everyone to sit clustered together and a good few chairs were listed as broken. The bathrooms were a nightmare, so bad I refused to use them. The screen was small for a movie theater and the sound quality was poor. I wouldn't be going to this regal ever again.

Aside from a polite ticket taker, the other staff present when I attended were stand-offish and acted like it was an imposition to them to actually talk to a customer. One looked at me with disgust and walked into a back room, the other was more preoccupied with his phone than working his concession stand.

It is a nice theater. It is clean and the technology is up to date. Customer service is a bit lacking but overall a decent place to see a new release

I would call the local box office of this Regal. Maybe even stop by during the day. They might have found it or might check the seats you where in, might be a good idea to bring you ticket stub from that night.

Hmmmm... Why wouldn't you be allowed? As long as you don't have anything dangerous or could be concealing something dangerous, I don't see it being a problem. I'd call the theater and ask to be sure.

You really can't speak to anyone directly at this theater there is only the recorded message but if you go on Facebook you can contact the corporate offices.
Don't bring babies to the movies. Get a sitter. It's better for the baby and everyone who would be sitting around you in the movie.
Try to buy tickets and the prices and seat selections come up

Yes but you're probably better off if you can to do it online. Choose seats and see availability of seating not to mention buying the best seats before others do.
Even if MoviePass is still in business on Saturday, no, it's blacked out at non-e-ticketing cinemas.
