Very nice dealership. Finance department was particularly helpful. I am looking for this to be a very long term car so the customer service is important, and so far pretty good. The only feedback I can give the other way yes that the service area could be a little clearer on what to do after you bring your car in. I waited for sometime early in the morning And realized that I had been forgotten. Everyone was very nice once I pointed it out, but it was just a little confusing.

Alright I'll get straight to it, The bad- there is none! The good, my entire buying experience from Rafferty. They were that good I drove almost 3 hours to give them my business. I bought a used Subaru Outback for my family vehicle and it's great. The car is super clean, and a was a very fair and accurate price. There was no haggle, harassment, or the usual dread that often comes with dealerships. Owen Cunningham was my salesman and he was outstanding! Very polite, respectful and definitely dedicated, he worked for 2 weeks to get my deal done (only took 2 weeks cause of my circumstances, not on them) and he touched base almost everyday to check in and keep me informed, and once the time came I drove down and was in and out in less then an hour. So definitely go see Owen for your next vehicle he'll get you squared away. The financing process was also super smooth and easy thanks to Chad. You guys are a quality team, Only place I'll be looking to buy from in the future. Thanks guys
