We checked in the night before using the digital key and were told we had to check in at desk with ID the day of. We checked in at 3 because we couldn't get an earlier check in and we had a wedding to go to at 5 (we were part of the wedding block and booked months ago). There were only 2 housekeepers on staff and we didn't get into our room until 20 minutes before wedding shuttle was supposed to arrive. We had to change in their conference room and do our hair/ makeup in the communal bathroom. Unacceptable...and then on top of that they charged us $30 for a buffet breakfast....was very disappointed. I asked hotel staff to please comp our breakfast for the inconvenience and was told the manager wasn't in and couldn't do it till the next day but still have not seen it reflected on the bill.

I recently visited this location as a bridal hairstylist vendor. I met my clients in one of their Bridal Suites. The lovely lady at the front desk walked me to the elevators, which I thought was very personable as well as helpful to the bridal party. The room was very well lit and had more than enough space to move around comfortably. I was able to find parking in the front, which made carrying my bags in very easy.

This is the “crib” you leave for guests? Babies? Clearly says suffocation hazard when mattress doesn’t fit the crib. And it’s FILTHY. Like baby throw up from a different child and was never cleaned. Disgusting.Requested adjoining rooms weeks ago and the night before check in and was told yes you have it (Essential for babies and sitter with us) upon check in we do not have adjoining rooms “they were all checked into.” If there is no guarantee then tell me that instead of assuring me the day before that I have them, I would have come earlier to ensure I get what I NEEDED. No help did not rectify situation or care AT ALL.

This review is given two stars, but could have easily been 4 or 5. The good…the hotel seems very nice and is very clean. Breakfast area was done nicely and pretty decent food. The bad…service, service, service. Party of 3 checked in. All parties on the reservation. Only towels for two in the room. 30 mins after call, we get another towel. Next morning, we leave the hotel easily by 09:30am. Come back in evening and room service has not been through. So now, damp towels from before. Unmade beds. No coffee for room in morning. Too exhausted to have crew come through, who knows how long it would take. This building has a lot of potential, gotta get better management/staff.
