This is in reference to the power train lifetime warranty. Do yo have to get the car serviced at rafferty or are you able to use your own mechanic to do that?

You can service anywhere; however, you must keep and report all required maintenance if you do choose to service it elsewhere. We do make it easy to service here, we have over 90 loaner vehicles that you can use while it is in for service and we have express service for oil changes that requires no appointment.

i think you can use your own mechanic, BUT, Rafferty prefers if u use them for service, and they do give out loaners, if the work has to be more than one day....
