My friend’s comments are indicative of the kind of haircuts Donna does: They asked me if I had attempted to cut my hair and if I wanted them to try to fix it. They thought someone with no hair cutting experience cut their own hair and botched it. I tried to give specific feedback on Donna's previous haircuts (like that you could tell where big chunks of hair had been cut or that the back was very crooked/uneven), but every cut just ended up being bad anyway.
